I’m having issues signing in.
Use the Account Assistance page to help you reset your password.
- Click Sign In on the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click the Need help with your username or password? link below the Sign In button.
- On the Account Assistance page, enter your email address in the available field. Then click Continue.
- You will receive an email from support@mail.gallup.com containing a link to reset your password. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password for the account you want to use.
- After creating a new password, you can use the username and new password to sign in.
