I’m having issues signing in.

Use the Account Assistance page to help you reset your password.

  1. Click Sign In on the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Click the Need help with your username or password? link below the Sign In button.
  3. On the Account Assistance page, enter your email address in the available field. Then click Continue.
  4. You will receive an email from support@mail.gallup.com containing a link to reset your password. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password for the account you want to use.
  5. After creating a new password, you can use the username and new password to sign in.
