Creating an access code bundle

When you purchase multiple access codes, you can use the Code Management page on Gallup Access to group codes into logical bundles to help with organization and distribution. To get to it, sign in to your Gallup Access account, and then select Code Management from the Menu on the upper-left corner of the page.

NOTE: To create an access code bundle, you must transfer codes from an existing bundle of the same code type (e.g., Top 5, CliftonStrengths 34 or Upgrade to 34) and with a sufficient amount of codes.

To create a bundle:

1. Click Create Bundle on the upper-right corner of the Code Management page.
2. Select the type of access codes you want to include in the bundle. Then click Next.
3. Enter a name and description for the bundle. Then click Next.
4. Type the number of codes to add to the bundle, and select the bundle from which to transfer codes. Then click Next.
5. Review the details of the bundle and verify they are correct. If you need to make changes, click Back. Otherwise, click Create Bundle.
